Shipping times are estimates only and may vary. Brian Morgan Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, public holidays, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned. We will offer a replacement or refund if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The incorrect item is sent

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, including photo evidence.
