All fragrances sold by Brian Morgan Perfumes are our own formulations and are not affiliated with any designer brands.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
4. Orders & Payment
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- Payment must be made in full at checkout
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified.
5. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary. Brian Morgan Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, public holidays, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned. We will offer a replacement or refund if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The incorrect item is sent
Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, including photo evidence.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Brian Morgan Perfumes and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Brian Morgan Perfumes is not liable for:
- Allergic reactions or sensitivity to fragrance products
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website
Customers are advised to perform a patch test before use.
